What is three-dimensional composite drainage geonet? What about the use and construction ?

1. The composite geotechnical drainage net is a new type of geosynthetic material made of random wire melted and laid. It has high pressure resistance, large opening density, and has the functions of all-round water collection and horizontal drainage.

2. After the composite geotechnical drainage net is combined with the non-woven geotextile, it can collect the rainwater that has penetrated the soil covering layer or the sewage discharged from the storage yard itself under the buried closed covering layer, and use its unique drainage function. According to the project Orderly discharge from the geomat interlayer is required without the formation of silt. Possible slippage problems due to water saturation of the soil cover are thus avoided.

3. The composite geotechnical drainage network can not only discharge water, but also discharge the biogas produced by fermentation in the soil (especially the waste), which is especially suitable for use in landfills.

4. When the composite geotechnical drainage net is used in combination with HDPE, it can also protect the HDPE membrane from being punctured.

5. Specifications and performance of composite geotechnical drainage network. The composite geotechnical drainage net currently has a width of 100cm-200cm, a thickness of 6cm-20cm, and a compressive strength of 250-1000 kpa. And other specifications and performance products can be customized according to engineering requirements.



Construction method:


1. First, clean up the site to be constructed, and there should be no floating soil, stones, concrete protrusions or other sharp objects.

2. Lay the seepage drainage sheet on the site according to the design requirements. When the length of the drainage site exceeds the length of the seepage drainage sheet, it needs to be connected. The connection method adopts nylon buckle, and the interval between the nylon buckle is 8-10cm. No connections are required in the width direction.

3. Install a water guide block at the retaining wall or parapet. The water guide block mainly plays the role of collecting rainwater and draining the water from the drain hole. The water guide block is cut from a plastic seepage drainage sheet with a width of 100-200mm and a thickness of 50mm. The installation length is determined according to the width of the drainage site.

4. After the installation of the drainage pad and the water guide block, the geotextile shall be laid. When the two pieces of geotextile are overlapped, the overlap width shall not be less than 200mm.

5. when the geotextile is laid to the parapet or retaining wall, it should be rolled up to exceed the height of the water guide block h (mm), generally h=100 ~ 150mm. Double fold the geotextile and fix it on the parapet (or retaining wall) with the geotextile fixing strap
