  1. Product Description

HDPE geo cell is three dimensional, honeycomb like structures manufactured from high density polyethylene and jointly welded by ultrasonic technics .

It is flexible to fold during the transport and installation on construction site.


The geocell nets will be filled with soils,granular, cements or other on-site infill materials when stretched into web structures, which has powerful and rigid confinement in the lateral and vertical sides.


Notes:When you are ready to inquire hdpe geocell,pls specify your requirements firstly as follows:

1.Geocell Height(from 50mm to 200mm).

2.Welding Distance(from 330mm to 1000mm).

3.Seam Peel Strength(100N/cm,120N/cm,140N/cm,142N/cm).

4.HDPE Sheet Thickness(1.0mm,1.1mm,1.2mm,1.5mm,1.75mm)



2.Product Feature 

1.Light weight, wear-resistant, chemical stability, light oxidation aging, anti- acid/alkali corrosion, applied to different geological conditions, such as saline soil, desert, etc.

5.hdpe geocell Benefits


1. Produces a stiff base with high flexural strength; acts like a semi rigid slab by  distributing loads laterally.

2. Minimizes impact of differential and overall settlement even on low-strength subgrades.

3. Increases effective structural number, reducing fill depth requirement by 50%.

4.  May allow use of poor-quality granular fills in place of more costly imported materials.
