Anhui Zhonglu Engineering Materials Co., Ltd. is focusing on promoting its dewatering geotextile tube series based on its extensive product line of geosynthetic materials. With high-efficiency solid-liquid separation performance, flexible construction methods, and a wide range of application scenarios, this product has demonstrated significant advantages in fields such as ecological restoration, mine tailings treatment, municipal sludge dewatering, industrial waste disposal, and agricultural & livestock waste treatment in China, becoming one of the representative achievements of the company's technological innovation and environmental protection efforts
Core Technology: High Tensile Strength Fabric + Rapid Dewatering Mechanism
The dewatering geotextile tube is manufactured using high-strength woven polypropylene (PP) or polyester (PET) geotextile. The tube body features high tensile strength, corrosion resistance, and UV aging resistance. During operation, high-moisture slurry is pumped into the tube. Through the synergistic action of internal pressure and the fabric's filtration layer, solid-liquid separation efficiency is increased by more than 30%. Water rapidly drains out while solid particles are retained, ultimately reducing the volume of the retained solids to 1/3–1/2 of the original slurry, with significantly lowered moisture content, facilitating transportation, storage, or resource utilization.
Compared with traditional plate-and-frame filter presses or centrifugal dewatering equipment, geotextile tubes require no large-scale machinery or electricity input. They can be filled to a height of up to 2.8 meters in a single lift and support multi-layer stacking, making them suitable for large-scale continuous operations as well as remote or temporary projects.
Full Coverage of Typical Application Scenarios, Promoting Sludge Resource Utilization
Anhui Zhonglu's dewatering geotextile tubes have formed a mature application system:
Ecological Restoration and Water Environment Management: Used for on-site rapid dewatering of dredged contaminated sediment from lakes, reservoirs, and black-odorous water bodies, avoiding secondary pollution. The dewatered soil can be used for slope protection or greening substrate, achieving sludge resource utilization.
Mining and Metallurgy Industry: Applied to ore washing wastewater, coal slurry, and metal tailings, implementing dry stacking of tailings and bag-type (geotextile bag) dam construction, helping mines achieve the goal of "zero tailings discharge."
Municipal and Industrial Sludge Treatment: Treating waterworks sludge, surplus sludge from wastewater treatment plants, and sludge from chemical, printing & dyeing, and pharmaceutical industries, achieving sludge volume reduction and harmless treatment.
Agricultural and Livestock Waste: Used for solid-liquid separation of livestock farm flushing wastewater, plantation wastewater, and aquaculture tailwater, extracting solids to be converted into organic fertilizer, promoting circular economy.
Pile Foundation and Construction Slurry: At bored pile construction sites, rapidly dewatering waste drilling slurry, solving the problem of off-site slurry transport, and significantly reducing construction costs and environmental risks.
